When you walk into C.W. Smith Jewelers, don’t expect to find a sales clerk. We are not ticket readers. Our staff is comprised of experienced and knowledgeable jewelry professionals. And our store has a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere.

Jeanne, our store manager, has been with us since 1983, with five years of jewelry experience when she joined us. Ronda, our assistant manager, has been with us since 1987, with three years of prior jewelry experience. The remainder of our staff has great experience also.

Our knowledge and experience is critical in selecting the diamonds and jewelry we show our customers. An untrained buyer does not have the knowledge to weed out the diamonds that are not up to our high standards, or the jewelry that is not lifetime quality. Their customers suffer as a result.
