The American Heart Association (AHA) is near and dear to everyone at C. W. Smith Jewelers. Vanessa, the 8-year-old daughter of our assistant manager, Ronda, has heart disease. Vanessa had two heart surgeries before the age of one, and will need at least one more in the future.
