The same thing it has meant to thousands of customers for the past 48 years - the finest quality diamonds and jewelry at the lowest possible price, always with honesty, integrity, and the finest customer service in the jewelry industry. Any jeweler can make this claim. But we can back it up. When you visit our store, you’ll understand why. We might be a little out of the way, but that’s for a reason. We are purposely located away from the high-priced, high-traffic and high-overhead shopping areas. Because of our location, our overhead costs are virtually zero. Our lower operating costs allow us to sell the finest quality jewelry at lower prices than our competitors, without compromising quality. Our store is not fancy. You won’t find any marble floors or fountains – and you won’t pay for them either. Many jewelers will purchase lower quality diamonds and jewelry in order to lower their prices. We have never and will never do this. And we don’t need to. Our low overhead location allows us to sell the finest quality diamonds and jewelry to our customers at lower prices, without lowering our quality. If you’re looking for a sale, you won’t find it at C.W. Smith Jewelers. In fact, we have never had a sale in the 48 years we’ve been in business. What you will find is our lowest price every day of the year, with no exceptions. If we can sell something on “sale” one week, we think it’s unfair to charge a higher price next week. We don’t want you to buy something, and then see it in our store next month for a lower price. We don’t play pricing games. We think it’s unethical to quote a customer a higher price than we’re willing to sell something for, hoping he won’t ask for a discount. If a jewelry store (or any business) suddenly drops their price, they weren’t honest when they gave you their first price. When you visit us, one of the first things you'll notice is our relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. We don’t need to “sell” you anything – our prices, quality and customer service will sell themselves. You won't find a better jewelry value anywhere. |
