Yes we can. If we don’t have it, we will get it. Not only will you receive the C.W. Smith Jewelers quality at the C.W. Smith Jewelers price, you have unlimited resources to choose from. Quality for quality, C.W. Smith Jewelers will not be undersold.

Why are your prices so low?
Our motto is, "Let our location be your savings." Our store isn’t fancy. You won’t find marble floors or fountains, but you won't pay for them either. Our overhead costs are virtually zero. The lower our operating costs, the lower the prices we can offer,  without ever compromising quality.

C.W. Smith Jewelers has never had a sale in our 48-year history. Our everyday prices are lower than the so-called "sale" prices at other jewelers and department stores. Do you offer jewelry repair?
Yes, we do very high volume of jewelry repair. We work with a group of expert craftsmen with a range of skills. Some jewelers offer their own in-house bench worker. While this may be convenient, this one person cannot specialize in all areas of jewelry expertise. But, with our numerous resources available, we can offer you the best quality and level of expert repair in a cost-efficient and timely manner.

Do you offer watch repair?
Watchmaking is almost a lost art today, with the focus on quartz movements. At C.W. Smith Jewelers, we provide access to an expert watchmaker to estimate and repair your timepieces.

Do you do custom jewelry design?
We specialize in custom jewelry design that is focused on your dreams and visions. We will work with you from the initial concept through wax replicas that you can view and approve before your design is cast. We’ll even custom design a wedding band to complement your engagement ring… even if you purchased the ring somewhere else. We can also work with you to enhance any other jewelry you have.

What are your payment options?
We accept VISA and Mastercard. We also have a  "90 Days Same as Cash" financing plan and the industry's most flexible layaway program. We’ll work with you to make your special jewelry purchase happen.
